The Amethyst Package

This birth and postpartum package is designed to provide full-spectrum, hands-on support from pregnancy through the first months after birth.

During our prenatal visits, we take time to build a strong foundation for your birth experience. We will create and review your birth plan in detail, making sure your preferences, expectations, and options are clearly understood. We will also go over breathing techniques, positioning, and movement to help your body work with labor, not against it. Each visit is hands-on and educational walking through real labor scenarios, practicing comfort measures, discussing partner support, and preparing you mentally and physically so you feel confident and informed going into your birth.

During labor, I provide continuous in-person support, staying by your side the entire time. I guide your breathing, assist with positioning and movement to encourage progress, and apply hands-on comfort techniques to help you manage contractions. As labor intensifies, I help you stay grounded, focused, and reassured in what your body is doing. I also support communication with your medical team, ensuring your voice is heard and your birth preferences are respected in real time.

After birth, my support continues into your postpartum period where real recovery and adjustment begins. I assist with latching and breastfeeding support, help you understand your breast milk supply and feeding cues, and provide guidance on newborn care. I also support your physical healing, emotional well-being, and everyday household needs whether that’s helping you settle into a routine, answering questions, or simply making sure you feel supported and not alone during this transition.
