During our prenatal visit, we will go over your birth preferences, comfort techniques, partner involvement, and what to expect as labor progresses so you feel prepared and know how to move through each stage.
During labor and delivery, I stay present with you, offering hands-on support through movement, positioning, and breathing guidance to help you work through contractions. I provide physical comfort, steady support as labor builds, and real-time guidance so you understand whatās happening without feeling overwhelmed. I also help maintain clear communication with your medical team so your preferences are acknowledged throughout your birth.
After birth, we will have a postpartum visit to check in on your recovery, answer any questions, and support you as you adjust to caring for your newborn.
