This package includes:

• Continuous Labor & Birth Support

During our prenatal visit, we will review your birth preferences and create a clear, personalized birth plan that reflects your desires and expectations. We will also go over comfort measures, breathing techniques, positioning, and partner roles, while walking through each stage of labor so you feel prepared, confident, and informed going into your birth.

During labor, I provide steady, hands-on support through intentional positioning, guided movement, breathwork, and comfort techniques to help your body work with the rhythm of labor. I help create a calm, grounded environment while offering reassurance, physical relief, and real-time guidance so you never feel alone or unsure of what’s happening. I also support communication with your medical team, ensuring your voice is heard and your preferences are respected throughout your birth experience.

The investment for this package is a flat rate of $950, which includes up to 9 hours of continuous labor and birth support. Any additional time beyond 9 hours is billed at $28 per hour.

This package is ideal for families who want dedicated, hands-on birth support with a simple and focused approach, without postpartum follow-up visits.
